摘要
根据《城镇燃气设计规范》的规定,结合使用可燃气体的机加装配厂房布局和生产工艺要求,对于密度高于空气的可燃气体,提出了局部下降排风法的通风设计思想,以排除集聚在装配地坑内的丙烷可燃气体,从而避免了全厂房的排风设计;运用CFD仿真技术模拟了气体的流动并分析了通风设计的效果。设计与运行结果表明该设计方法能满足生产过程的要求,同时,也有效地减少了通风设备的使用量和厂房热量的散失,达到了节能降耗的目的。
IAccording to"Code for Design of City Gas Engineering" and considering the layout and the industrial process in the factory building for the machining and assembling,in which the propane gas is used,a new ventilation design which is defined as the local drop ventilation is presented for removing the gathering combustible gas from the assembly pit.It avoids the design of ventilating totally in the factory building.The ventilation is simulated by CFD and its result shows that the design satisfies the industrial process.And the ventilators are used much less and the heat losing decreased evidently in the factory building.It reaches the aim of the saving energy,lowering energy consumption.
