Improvement of Mining Technology for Quarry with High and Steep Slope

针对大竹箐石灰岩矿一面坡开采存在的安全隐患,提出了开采工艺改造方案,设计采用自上而下分层开采,浅孔爆破落矿,电耙运搬矿石的开采工艺,有效地避免了在高陡边坡上作业的危险和掏底装矿带来的一系列安全问题。

Aiming at the potential safety hazards resulted from side- slope mining in Dazuqin limestone mine, an improved mining technology for this mine was put forwards. The technology of mining in slices from top to bottom, blasting with shallow hole, oredrawing with scraper was designed and applied, which ef- fectively avoided the danger working on high - steep slope and the safety problems resulted from ore digging from the bottom.
