登高某铜铅矿选矿工艺试验研究 被引量:6

Experimental Study on the Beneficiation Process of a Copper-lead Ore from Denggao

摘要 针对登高某铜铅矿石,采用混选铜铅-铜铅分离的流程,分别进行了抑制剂用水玻璃+重铬酸钾或水玻璃+亚硫酸钠的流程试验,均得到了良好的选矿指标。以水玻璃+亚硫酸钠作为铅的抑制剂的闭路试验中,获得铜品位26.63%、铜回收率达84.26%的铜精矿,铅品位为57.43%、铅回收率达89.66%的铅精矿。有价金属铜铅得到了很好的分离,且回收率较高。 Using water glass + potassium dichromate or water glass + sodium sulfite as combined depressant, a flotation flow sheet consisted of bulk flotation of copper and lead - separation of the concentrate of copper and lead was tested on a copper lead ore from Denggao, and good flotation indexes were achieved. The closed - circuit test in which water glass + sodium sulfite was used as combined depressant obtained a copper concentrate with the copper content of 26.63% and the copper recovery of 84.26% and a a lead concentrate with the lead content of 57.43% and the lead recovery of 89.66% ,the valuable metals copper and lead in the ore could be separated effectively, and the recoveries were high.
