摘要
利用自主研发的低温练漂剂,采用轧-堆-洗工艺实现了棉及涤棉织物一浴低温连续练漂。新工艺前处理半制品的退浆率、强力、白度和毛效与常规碱氧工艺相当,但前者反应温度降低,反应时间缩短,蒸汽、水、电和化学用品用量减少,达到了节能减排的效果。
Low temperature one bath continuous scouring and bleaching of cotton fabric and its blends is carried out with selfmade low temperature scouring and bleaching agent. Compared with conventional alkali-peroxide process, the semi-product with new process has the same size removal, strength, whiteness and capillary effect, and the new process features lower consumption in steam, water, electricity and chemicals, as well as shortened time.
