摘要 考虑风电运行特性进行发电机组检修安排对优化风电利用和保证系统运行安全意义重大。综合考虑了风电出力运行要求、负荷变化特性与机组调节特性以及机组检修特性,以系统检修成本和风电弃风量为优化目标,以系统发电可靠性和系统调峰充裕性等为约束条件,利用Benders分解法将原始模型分解为主问题(多目标整数规划)和子问题(弃风量计算、系统发电可靠性和调峰充裕性)进行分散协调,对含大规模风电的电力系统机组检修计划进行了研究。最后,利用IEEE-RTS测试系统验证了所述方法的可行性与有效性。 It is important to consider the operational characteristics of wind power in the generator maintenance scheduling for optimizing the use of wind power and ensuring the safety of system operation. A comprehensive model of generator maintenance scheduling, considering the operational characteristics of wind power, the fluctuation characteristics of load and the regulating and maintenance characteristics of units, is established. The model optimization goal is the combination of system maintenance cost and revenue loss of wind energy, which is mainly constrained by the power generation reliability and peak-load regulating adequacy. Based on Benders decomposition, the model is decomposed into two parts: a master problem (deterministic multi-objective integer programming) and three sub-problems (revenue loss of wind energy calculation, power generation reliability and peak-load regulating adequacy) for decentralized coordination, and this method is applied to make maintenance scheduling for all the generators in IEEE-RTS test system with large-scale wind power integration. The results prove that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
