摘要
针对配电系统的实时量测冗余度低且只有部分电流量测的问题,结合计量系统的准实时量测数据,提出了电流匹配技术来求解配电网状态估计。推导了最优估计意义下的匹配电流方程及其系统化的求解方法。基于负荷功率因数变化慢的假设,提出了采用计量数据生成准实时量测的处理方法。该方法以实时电流量测为边界,把配电网划分成若干个量测区域,针对每个量测区域进行电流匹配状态估计。测试系统和实际系统算例表明,文中方法满足了当前配电自动化系统的实时应用需求。
By taking into account the real-time measurement with low redundancy and of only partial current in distribution systems and referring to the quasi-real-time current measuring data of the metering system, the current matching technique is proposed to solve the distribution network state estimation. The matching current equations in the sense of optimal estimation and its systematic solution are deduced. Based on the assumption that the load power factor is stable, a quasi-real-time measurement generating method is proposed for loads. With boundaries demarcated by real-time current measurement, the distributed network is divided into several measured areas and current matching state estimation is made for each area. Numerical tests and results of an actual system show that the method proposed can satisfy the real-time application demand of the distribution system.
