摘要
在深入分析辊道窑特点及其热工过程的基础上,运用新型智能神经网络PID控制器设计开发了"基于神经网络PID控制器的辊道窑温度控制仿真系统",通过对辊道窑温度控制仿真和电炉模拟实验,证明设计开发的PID控制器是可行的。
This thesis is based on the analysis of roller kiln's characteristics and its thermal process, it has designed and developed "roller kiln temperature control simulation system based on PID neural network controller" applying the new intelligent neural network PID controller. The thesis proves that the PID controller designed and developed is feasible through the roller kiln temperature control simulation and furnace analogue experiment.
