基于vague集和熵权法的机械设计方案评价

Scheme Evaluation for Mechanical Product Based on Vague Sets and Entropy Weight

针对传统基于模糊集方案评价方法的不足,将vague集理论运用到机械方案评价中,并使用熵权法结合层次分析法确定各指标权重,建立了一种基于Vague集的方案评价决策模型。通过计算各方案的支持(反对,中立)目标集,利用目标优属度矩阵对目标属性值及目标权重进行集结,得到方案的Vague估计值。利用一个改进的评分函数对方案排序,获得最优方案。算例验证了该方法的有效性。该方法利用vague集兼顾了隶属和非隶属两方面的信息,具有对不确定数据更强、更灵活的直觉表达能力,而且综合考虑了属性值和属性权重的重要性,从而为方案评价提供了更趋于实际的一种方法。

To address the defects of fuzzy sets based approach to scheme evaluation, vague sets theory is applied to implement scheme evaluation of mechanical product. First, we combine entropy weight method with an improved AHP to assign the weight of each objective. Then the vague sets based model is built up for scheme evaluation. It in- cludes converting decision matrix into objective-grade-membership matrix, computing the sets of objectives being in fa- vor, against and neutral, aggregating the attribute value with the weight to get the vague evaluation of each alternative, and finally ranking all the schemes to obtain the best one with an improved score function. The effectiveness of this pro- posed approach is verified by an example. This approach has a more strong and flexible intuition expression ability for indefinite data since it considers the importance of the attribute value and the weight.
