摘要 设计一种基于同步齿形带与滚动螺旋-铰杆增力机构伺服压力机,分析其工作原理,给出压力机的压力计算公式。该压力机利用伺服电机产生动力,动力经同步齿形带放大后再传给滚珠丝杆,经左右旋滚珠丝杆带动套筒上的浮动滚子和铰杆增力机构运动,产生向下的压力,实现对工件加压。该压力机结构紧凑,运动精确,功能较为完善,可远距离传动,传动效率高,噪声小。其能在高温、腐蚀等恶劣环境下工作,不需要润滑,且节能,无污染,绿色化特征明显。 A new kind of servo press based on the synchronous belt and scroll spiral-toggle force amplifier was designed. The working principle of press was introduced, and the relevant pressure formula of the press was presented. The power was generated by servo motor, enlarged by the synchronous belt and transmitted to the ball screw. The left or right ball screw makes both the floating rollers on the sleeves and the toggle force mechanism to move, which would exert a downward pressure to the work piece. The press is characterized by its compactness, precise movement, perfect performance, long distance transmission, high efficiency and low noise. It can also work in the hard environment of high temperature and corrosion without lubrication. At the same time, it is energy-efficient and pollution-free. So, the charaer of green product is evident too.
