摘要
在变幅运动时,伸缩臂叉装车货叉底面与水平面的夹角随伸缩臂仰角的变化而变化,这种变化影响叉装车的平移性,且对安全作业不利。鉴于此,在分析工作装置的调平性能基础上建立了数学模型,利用遗传算法进行优化,仿真结果表明适当调整主动调平油缸的铰点位置能提高叉装车的平移性。
The fork's angle relating to the ground changes with the telescopic boom luffing during the telescopic handler working, and influences the safety of operation directly. In order to improve the leveling performance of the mechanism, a mathematical model of optimization is established in this paper. Then, the genetic algorithm is used and the hinge point position of the active leveling meehauism is optimized. The simulation shows that the optimized result can enhance the performance of the telescopic.
