应用于泥泵双速齿轮箱的智能控制系统的研究与开发 被引量:2

Research and Development on Intelligent Control System Used in the Double-speed Gearbox of Dredge Pump

摘要 随着国内工程的需要,可实现挖泥、吹泥不同工况的大型耙吸挖泥船陆续投入使用。在该型船的泥泵传动系统中,齿轮箱的最大特点是具有两种不同的转速输出,且两种转速可相互切换。针对该双速齿轮箱的工作特点,文章研究开发出一套智能控制系统,既可以实现双速齿轮箱在低速档(挖泥工况)、高速档(吹泥工况)、空档(非工作状态)之间相互切换,满足实际工况的需要,又具有故障识别及处理功能,对换档过程中的故障进行相应的处理。此外,该智能控制系统还具有多信号报警功能,并输出供全船的监控系统使用。 With the domestic engineering needs, the large trailing suction hopper dredger which can dredge or re- claim is applied suc, cessively. In the transmission device of such dredgers, the remarkable feature of the gearbox is that it has two kinds of output speed, which can be converted each other. According to the working characteristics of this double-speed gearbox, an intelligent control system is researched. Not only it can make the gearbox run in low-speed for dredging condition or in high-speed for reclaiming condition, but also distinguish and deal with the failure. In addi- tion, this intelligent control system possesses the alarming function with muhi-signal, and these signals can be sent to the control and monitor console of the dredger.
