摘要
镁合金材料由于特殊的物理性能,传统的机械加工方法很难保证要求的精度和质量,具有一定的局限性。介绍了超声振动钻削镁合金材料的加工机理,通过改变切削速度、进给量、振幅等加工参数,对比分析了超声振动钻削与传统钻削加工工件的孔直线度、孔扩量、毛刺高度、粗糙度、切屑等试验结果,得出超声振动钻削具有较好的加工表面质量和加工效率,对研究镁合金的深加工具有重要的意义。
It is difficult for traditional machining methods to reach the required precision and surface quality be- cause of the special physical property of magnesium alloy. This paper introduces the processing mechanism of magnesi- um alloy with ultrasonic vibration drilling. According to the co MParative analysis of the hole straightness, the hole di- lation, the burr height, the surface roughness, and the cutting chips in traditional machining with ultrasonic vibration drilling through changing the processing parameters of velocity, feed and amplitude, it can be conclude that the ultra- sonic vibration drilling can obtain better processing quality and efficiency, which is significant for the further processing of magnesium alloy.
