介绍了安钢新建170t RH炉真空系统安装采取的措施,探讨了泄漏量的测试和计算方法。生产实践证明,采取的安装措施得当,泄漏量的测试和计算方法正确,新建的RH炉真空系统泄漏量达到了设计标准,满足了生产工艺的要求。
The installing means for a new 170 t RH furnace vacuum system in Anyang iron and steel limited company was introduced, testing and calculating method for air leak rate was discussed. The production results indicate that not only the installing means is appro- priate, but also the testing and calculating method for air leak rate is right. The air leak rate of the new RH furnace vacuum system satisfies with design standard, at the same time the RH furnace meets production technology request.
