150t电弧炉综合节能改造实践

摘要 在150t电弧炉的升级改造中,对炉体结构、氧枪进行设计优化;电极臂更换成铝制导电横臂;电极调节采用Elarc电极调节系统。并通过调整配料结构、供氧曲线、供电曲线以及电极调节系统技术参数等措施,使改造后电弧炉电耗及电极消耗降低,冶炼周期缩短。 The equipments of 150 t EAF were upgraded, such as the new type of aluminum current conducting electrode arm, new type furnace structure and optimizing oxygen lance, Elarc electrode regulation system and so on were adopted. And the ingredients composition, oxygen supply curve,power supply curve, electrode regulation system and other technical parameters were adjusted. Therefore, EAF power consumption and electrode consumption were reduced, and tall-to-tap time was shortened.
