椭圆罐搅拌混合特性水模试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于国内外KR搅拌脱硫混合特性的理论研究结果,提出了一种铁水机械搅拌脱硫用椭圆形铁水罐新结构,完成了常规四叶搅拌器与相同叶片结构WG-3Y搅拌器在圆形与椭圆形搅拌罐上的水模试验。试验结果表明,与圆形搅拌罐相比,椭圆形结构搅拌罐能明显改善搅拌混合效果,并随着搅拌转速的提高,改善效果呈增大趋势,常规四叶搅拌器卷吸深度最大提高3.67倍,WG-3Y搅拌器最大提高8倍。 Based on the theory research on the mixing performance of KR stirring desulphurization domestic and abroad, a ellipse hot metal ladle for stirring desulpburization was put forward, the water model test on ellipse and cylinder molten metal ladles of routine stirrer with four blades and WG-3Y stirrer with three blades were done. The test results indicate: compare with cylinder stirring tank, ellipse stirring tank can obviously improve the mixing performance, the mixing performance enhances with rotate speed increase, the most enhancing ratio of routine stirrer is 3.67, WG-3Y stirrer is 8.
