摘要
根据近些年的报道,干细胞作为生命科学领域的一大研究热点,一直备受关注,而诱导性多潜能干细胞(inducedpluripotent stem cell,iPSC)的发现更被誉为是具有里程碑意义的创新之举。在短短几年的时间内,世界各国在iPSC的研究中不断取得突破。然而,对iPSC重编程的机制认识仍处在一个初级阶段,尚不存在一个公认的重编程机制的理论模式。现根据一些已有的文献报道,对iPSC重编程的机制进行初步探讨。
As a hot research topic of life sciences, research of stem cells has long been concerned over the last few years. The generation of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) has been seen as a remarkable innovation. There has been a breakthrough in the development of iPSCs all over the world in recent years. However, we do not clearly know about the mechanisms of reprogramming. In this review, we summarize the research progress of iPSCs, with an emphasis on understanding the mechanisms of cellular reprogramming.
