昆阳磷矿原矿及组分赋存状态分析 被引量:2

摘要 本次工艺矿物分析昆阳磷矿中低品位原矿是为晋宁450万t/a选矿厂建设提供资料,有能谱分析、SEM分析、使用BX51偏光显微镜和化学方法测定胶磷矿、脉石矿物成分、组分赋存状态研究,研究结果表明胶磷矿主要矿物成分为氟磷灰石,包裹有粘土、石英、玉髓、黄铁矿、褐铁矿、白云石、方解石等矿物,经测定胶磷矿的化学成分P2O539.06%;MgO0.33%;CaO 52.43%;SiO23.17%;Fe2O30.38%;Al2O30.53%;F 4.08%。 This mineralogical analysis of Kunyang mid-low raw ore offers information for the construction of Jinning 4.5million tons/year dressing plant. The mineral composition and its occurrence were analyzed by energy spectrum, SEM, BX51 polarization microscope and chemical analysis. The results showed that the main component of collophanite was fluorapatite, which was wrapped by clay, quartz, chalcedony, pyrite, limonite, dolomite, calcite and other minerals. After determined, the chemical composition of raw ore were as following: P2O5 39.06%; MgO 0.33%; CaO 52.43%; SiO2 3.17%; Fe2O3 0.38%; Al2O3 0.53%; F 4.08%.
