摘要 目的探讨空间扫描统计量在手足口病空间聚集性探测中的应用。方法采用Flexible空间扫描统计量(FleXScanV3软件)对2009年1月至2010年12月顺义区手足口病发病进行空间聚集性分析。结果在手足口病聚集性的时间段内其空间聚集区域存在明显差异。2009年共探测到手足口病聚集区域11个,2010年共探测到发生手足口病聚集的地区8个。结论 Flexible空间扫描统计量与地理信息系统相结合可有效对手足口病的空间聚集性做出探测。 Objective To investigate the application of Flexi- ble spatial scan statistic in the cluster detection of Hand-foot-and-mouth dis- ease(HFMD). Methods The flexible spatial scan statistic was tested by retrospective analyses of HFMD data of Shunyi district from January 1, 2009 to December 31,2010 by FleXScan V3 software. Results The re- sult of the spatial clustering detection suggested that the districts with spatial aggregation display a marked difference in the time bucket of HFMD. There were 11 places having the aggregation in 2009 and 8 places in 2010. Con- clusion The cluster detection system based on flexible spatial scan statis- tic and geographical information system could work efficiently.
