病原体去除技术预防输血相关移植物抗宿主病的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 输血相关移植物抗宿主病(transfusion-associated graftversus—host disease,TA—GVHD)是严重输血并发症,其基本发生机理是输入的供血者淋巴细胞在受血者体内存活、增殖,通过免疫机制攻击受血者组织器官。虽然TA-GVHD发生率不高,但死亡率却高达90%以上,所以预防就显得至关重要。预防TA—GVHD的方法是去除或灭活血液/血液成分中的淋巴细胞,
