大学生身体意象与核心自我评价的相关研究

A Correlation Study Between Body Image and Core Self-Evaluations of College Students

对518名大学生的身体意象与核心自我评价问卷的测验结果表明:身体意象与核心自我评价具有极显著的正相关;在核心自我评价的各维度中,自尊与身体意象的相关最高;在身体意象的各维度中,外貌评价与核心自我评价的相关最高;男大学生的身体意象显著高于女大学生;理科生的核心自我评价显著高于文科生。因此,大学生身体意象与核心自我评价存在一定的相关性,由身体意象可以对核心自我评价进行预测。

518 college students were measured by the multidimensional body-self relations questionnaire--- appearance scales （MBSRQ-AS）and the core self-evaluations scale（CSES）. The correlation analyses revealed that there were significantly positive correlations between body image and core self-evaluations ; among the core self-evaluations, self-esteem was significantly higher than that of the others ;among the body image,appearance evaluation was significantly the highest of all;male college students＇ body image was significantly higher than that of female students;students of science were significantly higher than that of students of liberal arts in core self-evaluations;thereby,college students＇ body image and core self-evaluations was significantly positive correlated,and body image can predict core self-evaluations well.
