摘要
针对目前广泛应用的中速磨旋转煤粉分离器,通过Fluent软件对动静叶片组合式旋转煤粉分离器煤粉颗粒轨迹、内部速度场和压力场进行了数值模拟研究,探索了煤粉颗粒在旋风分离器中运动的物理机理。结果表明,旋转煤粉分离器中的颗粒运动轨迹比较复杂,其速度场和压力场分布较为均匀。模拟结果能够为旋转煤粉分离器的工程实际应用和分离机理研究提供一定的理论依据。
Aimed to the widly used medium-mill rotating pulverized-coal classifier, Fluent software is used to the simulation study of the movement track of the solid particles and the internal fluid field, exploring the physical mechanism for the particles movement . The results show that the particles track in rotating pulverized-coal classifier is complex, and it' s internal fluid field equally distributes. The simulation results give theoretical basis for the engineering application and pulverization mechanism.
