摘要 电力线载波通信可以广泛应用于保密需求低、通信数据量少、通信速率要求不高的环境中,甚至一个设备中的各个部分之间都可以采用这种通信方式来进行控制。为实现输煤程控现场恶劣环境下的无人化控制,我们根据现场情况,并考虑到常用的通信设备与相应的通信协议,设计出方便快捷、稳定可靠、抗干扰能力强的工业用电力线载波通信控制器。通过实践检验、数据验证和科技审批相关人员的测试验证,此电力线载波控制器达到了预期的设计要求和功能指标,通用性良好,稳定性和可靠性高、检测精度高、功能强大。 Power line carrier-communication technology can be widely applied to areas, which require low security level, less communication data and lower communication speed; it can also be applied within a complete device as a media around several parts for easy control. In this paper a power line carrier-communication controller applied for industry embraced with characteristics of easy- use, high reliability, high stability is proposed, taking field situation, commonly applied equipment in adverse environment. The controller personnel through in order to achieve unmanned control of coal transportation has passed the verification of related inspection large experimental data, and it has been proved to have superior universal property, detection precision, stability and reliability, which fully meet the expected design and function.
