遥控闪光型LED测验标志灯的研制

摘要 黄河下游多数水文站水文测船测验使用机械六分仪进行垂线起点距测量,夜间流量测验,大都使用白炽灯作为测验标志灯,但白炽灯存在一些不足,为保证夜间流量测验的顺利及安全,研制了遥控闪光型LED测验标志灯。LED灯采用太阳能电池供电,不再架设专用输电线;采用高亮LED发光二极管作光源,取代普通白炽灯;采用无线遥控开关,标志灯的开关由遥控器完成;设置白天自动关灯电路,延长标志灯的使用寿命和节约电能;设置灯光闪烁电路,使目标更醒目。该断面标志灯已在山东黄河所有测站推广应用,取得了较好的效果。 Mechanical sextant is used for measuring vertical line from the starting dot pitch in hydrological measurement ship test at most of hydrological stations of Yellow River downstream. Incandescent lamps are the test symbol lamp in night flow test. But incandescent lamps have some shortage. In order to ensure the smooth and safety of night flow test, remote control type LED flash test symbol lamp is developed. LED light uses the solar battery for power-up. Special power line isn't set up any more. Highlight LED displaces the general incandescent lamp. Using wireless remote control switch is the sign that light switch is completed by remote control. Turning off light automatically circuit during the day is set up to prolong the service life of the symbol lamp and save electric energy. Flashing lights circuit is set up to make the target more eye-catching. The section symbol lamp has been extensive application at all stations of the Yellow River in Shandong Province. It achieved better effect.
