摘要
鞍山体育馆平面呈圆形,跨度110m,外壳采用大跨钢管桁架结构,沿径向均匀设置36榀平面钢管桁架,桁架汇交于中心加强环。针对目前日益增多的管桁架建筑,对其结构布置、整体稳定、建模计算分析等关键问题进行探讨,包括环桁架、水平支撑、刚性系杆的布置,中心加强环的具体做法,相贯焊缝的计算与要求,关键节点的设计与构造。
Plane shape of Anshan Gymnasium is circle and its span is 110 m. The shell is a long-span steel tube truss structure with 36 plane steel trusses uniformly placed along radius. All trusses intersect at central stabilized ring. Coupled with the increasing of pipe truss structures, it is explored many key problems such as the placement of the structure, the stabilization of whole structure, modeling and numerical analysis, the placement of ring truss, horizontal support and rigid rod, procedures of making central stabilized ring, calculation and requirement of intersecting weld and design of key node.
