摘要
介绍西安北站高架桥钢箱梁的施工工艺。对钢箱梁的选材、单元体加工制作、分段组装焊接、现场吊装、拆除临时支撑、整体涂装等环节进行阐述,该工艺适合于大型铁路客站工期紧、规模大的高架桥工程施工。
It is described the construction technology of the steel box girder for the viaduct of Xi ＇ an North Railway Station, from raw material of steel box girder, cell body manufacture, suh-assembly welding, on sitc lifting, unloading, painting and coaling etc. The process is suitable for constructing very large viaduct with a limited construction period for large-scale railway passenger station.
