病毒与细胞的互作——自噬 被引量:3

摘要 病毒作为一种专性细胞内寄生物,其在感染过程中会与自噬这一维持细胞自稳态的代谢过程发生相互作用,有研究表明自噬在病毒的感染、病毒相关基因的复制转录和致病力方面均起到重要作用,本文对细胞自噬的概念、病毒感染引起细胞自噬、自噬介导的抗病毒作用和病毒利用自噬及其相关途径进行增殖等作一概述。根据细胞自噬功能的两面性,为控制病毒感染和成功研制抗病毒药物奠定基础。
