摘要
分析了搪玻璃设备材料的选用及新材料的应用、焊接方面的影响和解决方法、搪烧注意事项、搪烧后由于冷却速度不同引起的变形等方面的问题。为更有效地提高搪玻璃设备的整体质量,控制及减少产品变形,提供了较好的参考。
In this article, the selection of material used for fiber glass equipment, the application of new material, the effect of weld and solving method, the notes in enameling and the distortion resulted from different cooling rate were analyzed. What presented herein provides the reference to enhance the integral quality of fiber glass equipment and to control and reduce the distortion of products.
