摘要
从超声波提取的基本原理入手,介绍了连续超声波逆流提取的工艺组成及特点;并结合实际生产数据分析了该工艺与传统煮提工艺的成本优势,归纳出连续超声波逆流提取工艺优缺点及适用范围。
Starting from fundamental principle of ultrasonic extraction, the process and the characteristics of continuous ultrasonic counter-current extraction were introduced in this article. Combined with the data from practical production, compared with old process, the advantage in cost in using this process was analyzed. The advantages and disadvantage of this process and its applicable scope were summarized.
