员工沉默对组织的影响及对策 被引量:1

摘要 员工沉默,或称组织沉默,是管理学中用以形容员工在对企业决策、生产经营状况等方面拥有帮助性的意见时由于种种原因而不愿意表达的现象。这一概念于2000年FrancesMilliken和Eliza—bethMorrison所写的研究报告《组织沉默——多元化世界里变革和发展的障碍》中首先被提出,立即引起强烈共鸣且迅速成为新的研究热点。
