高职生跨文化生存能力思考

摘要 高职生定位于"灰领",要在外资或合资企业中不断提升,逐步从金字塔的底层向顶尖迈进,必须经历"适应—成长—发展"的过程。要顺利完成这个过程,培养高职生的跨文化生存能力应本着"实用型、复合型、创新型"人才的原则,加强专业知识和专业技能、外语基础知识和语言国的文化、中外文化修养和个人修养、环境适应能力、创新能力和持续学习能力的培养,为高职生持续发展奠定坚实的基础。
