强化地方高师院校与中小学合作实现双赢目标 被引量:1

摘要 高等师范院校与中小学共同组成我国的教育链条,二者本应是紧密相连的关系,但由于高师院校实习期短,中小学升学压力大等种种原因使二者关系渐行渐远。通过采取优化高等师范院校的课程设置,将教育见习以课程的形式开展;建立教师发展学校;预防中小学教师的专业发展高原回复现象等举措,强化二者的合作才真正有利于双方的各取所需,有利于促进教师职前职后教育一体化,双方互惠互利促进共同发展。
