技术赶超战略下后发企业技术学习能力案例研究 被引量:1

A Study on the Structure and Mechanism of Technological Learning Capabilities for the Latecomer Firms under Catching-Up Strategy

摘要 后发企业技术赶超过程中技术学习能力对其通过内外部知识吸收、整合、提升,形成自主创新能力并获取竞争优势至关重要。后发企业的技术学习能力包括技术引进、模仿能力和内部技术学习和网络技术学习能力。技术引进能力是后发企业实施技术赶超战略的前提;技术模仿能力的关键在于识别出外部知识的价值,进行模仿和吸收,并将这些知识应用于企业自身;内部技术学习能力包括个体的技术知识学习能力和组织学习能力;竞争环境的动态复杂性使企业间竞争更多地根植于相关的企业网络。当然,后发企业在与其网络成员的合作过程中所涉及的大量外部知识的学习能力,对其竞争优势的构筑也十分重要。 On the basis of the results gotten from existing researches on technological capabili ties, especially for the firms in developing countries, this study develops a model to analyze the structure and mechanism of technological learning capabilities for the latecomer firms during catching-up process. Based on the qualitative data, this study analyzes the technological learning capabil- ities of this firm and draws the conclusions as follows: (1) The technological learning capabilities of latecomer firms is constructed by technological importing, imitating, internal learning, and network learning capability; (2) The technological importing capability is the premise of implementing catch- up strategy; (3) The key of technological imitating' ability is to identify the external knowledge val- ue, and then make the firm apply these knowledge to their own with imitation and absorption; (4) Internal technological learning capability includes individual and organizational learning capability; (5) The capability of learning the large number of external knowledge involved in the cooperative process of the latecomer firms with their network members is very important to build their competi- tive advantages.
