中国新记录种灰白翅孢壳Emericellopsis pallida

摘要 对采自新疆库车县胡杨林地的野生木耳蘑菇进行菌丝体分离,获得一株白色菌丝.应用引物ITSlf和ITS4扩增其ITS区间,测序且结果经BLAST比对和构建NJ进化树来确定其分类地位.结果显示该菌丝(XJURML-3)为灰白翅孢壳Emericellopsis pallida(L.A.Beljakova),GenBank检索号EU045572.XJURML-3形态学特征与国际已有Emericellopsis pallida strain CBS 624.73较为相似,菌株在中国典型培养物保藏中心保藏号为:CCTCC AF 207025. A white mycelium was isolated from wild macro fungi, which grow in KUCHE county, Xinjiang. Fungi common primer pairs ITSlf and ITS4 were used to amply its ITS regions, included 5.8S RNA gene. Basic Local Alignment and Search Tool and Neighbor Joining phylogenetic tree were applied for analyzing sequences and found its (XJURML-3) classified to Emericellopsis pallida (L. A. Beljakova ) clade. GenBank accession number is EU045572. Morphological characteristics of XJURML-3 are similar to the reported species Emericellopsis pallida strain CBS 624.73. The strain was deposited at China Center for Type Culture Collection and accession No. CCTCC AF 207025.
