本文基于传统的编辑工作流程建立了学报的论文在线处理及办公自动化系统,本系统按照功能来分可以分为几个部分:1.远程处理系统:用户远程注册登陆成为本刊的普通用户,编辑、主编和审稿人可由管理员添加为网内用户;2.网刊发布及管理系统:每期刊物的PDF文档可以电子书的方式同时刊出;3.稿件采编系统:在线处理稿件,既方便又快捷,省时又省力;4.数据库管理:做好对于稿件、作者信息等的分类统计.

This paper based on the traditional editing process set up the online journal paper processing and office automation system, this system according to the function points can be divided into several parts： 1. Remote processing system： the user register and login to the remote as ordinary users, the editor, editor- in-chief and referees can have administrator for net users add; 2. Released networks and management system： each issue of the journal PDF documents can also claim the ebook way; 3. Articles editors system： online processing manuscripts, the convenient, quick, save time and effort. 4. Database management ： to do a good job statistics for the classification of the manuscript, the author information.
