摘要
针对集总式调光照明系统的要求,采用高集成度的半桥驱动芯片FAN7387V和电子变压器漏感镇流技术,设计了一种可调压调光的紧凑型节能灯(CFL)电子镇流器。重点阐述了基于FAN7387V开关电路的设计,分析了变压器漏感镇流电路的等效模型,采用PSPICE软件进行了仿真。开发出结构紧凑、PCB布板直径小于Φ37mm的电子镇流器,并应用于7W可调光CFL,线性调光深度达到85%,节能效果明显,性价比高。
In order to satisfy the requirement of centralized dimming lighting systems, a kind of electronic ballast with function of dimming and regulating voltage for compact fluorescent lamp (CFL) is designed by adopting FAN7387V half-bridge IC and leakage magnetic transformer technology. The switch control circuit based on FAN7387V is mainly described. The equality model of leakage magnetic transformer is introduced and simulated by PSICE. The new ballast owns compact form and its PCB diameter is less than 37mm. When the ballast is applied in 7W CFL, the linear dimming range reaches 85% , the effect of energy saving is obvious, and the performance-price ratio is high.
