摘要 为了改善光伏发电系统的动态和静态性能,针对基于三电平空间矢量脉冲宽度调制(SVPWM)技术的二极管箝位式三电平逆变器,提出采用电压电流双闭环控制与重复控制相结合的复合控制方法,在提高输出波形质量的同时,有效地抑制周期性扰动,增强系统的稳定性.给出12kVA 640VDC/220V50Hz AC样机设计,通过Matlab中的Simulink对系统进行仿真.实验和仿真结果均验证了该方法的有效性. The method of V-I double-loop control was proposed to control the diode-clamped three-level in- verter based on the technique of space vector pulse-width modulation (SVPWM) in order to enhance both of the dynamic and static performance. The method was combined with repetitive control which is benefi- cial for both enhancing the quality of output current and repressing periodic disturbance. The prototype of a 12 kVA 640 V DC/220V 50 Hz AC inverter was designed and developed. The results of the simulation in Matlab and the experimental result on the prototype confirm the effectiveness of the theory.
