摘要
本文对采用变压器隔离的单端正激式晶闸管驱动电路进行了分析研究,主要讨论了其传递宽脉冲触发存在的问题,采用高频调制脉冲列触发带来的优点,以及高频调制脉冲列触发所涉及的磁通复位、波形畸变及有关参数设计问题。磁通复位原理的分析,并不只局限在本文所研究内容中,对于开关电源设计也具有指导和借鉴意义。
In this paper, the single ended forward thyristor drive circuit with transformer isolation is analyzed and investigated. The paper mainly discusses the problems as wide trigger pulse transferred, the advantages using high frequency trigger modulation pulse sequence and related problems such as magnetic flux reset, waveform distortion and relevant parameter design involved in high frequency trigger modulation pulse sequence. The research on magnetic reset problem can provide good guidance and reference significance not only for the contents in this paper, but also for the switching mode power suply design.
