A Research on Innovation of Talent Cultivation Mode Based on Characteristic Development——Case of Zhejiang Gongshang University

高校人才培养必须重视学生个性发展,让学生充分展示其自我爱好、特点和专长,让学生有足够的成长空间,这是提升高等教育质量的重要组成部分。本文将结合浙江工商大学近年来的探索与实践,就个性化人才培养模式问题谈一些体会和认识。

The cultivation of talent in university must emphasize on the development of students＇ characteristics, enable students to show their personal preference, characteristics and expertise, and allow them enough space for development. This is an important composition part in the upgrading of education quality in university. Upon binding the exploratory and practice in recent years in Zhejiang Gongshang University, this paper will discuss certain realization and knowledge about the characterized cultivation mode of talent.
