本文介绍了制备单克隆抗HBs—抗独特型(抗HBs—抗Id)抗体的方法,并用其作为刺激物,在体外刺激人B淋巴细胞,结果证明:用兔抗HBs—Fab和抗HBs—抗Id确可明显提高B淋巴细胞增殖、分泌抗体的能力,而且二者的刺激作用远超过纯化的HBsAg作用。

It was demonstrated that, using the mono clonale anti-Id to anti-HBs or the rabbit antiHBs-Fab as the stimulants to human B lymphocytes, in vitro, the human B lymphocytes proliferated and produced more antibody than that by stimulating it with purified HBsAg significantly. Method of producing monoclonal anti-idiotype antibody to anti-HBs is presented
