摘要
企业生产现场的环境对产品质量、员工心情、生产效率、生产成本等都有着重要的影响,而6S管理是现代企业行之有效的现场管理方法。本文通过对某胶粉制造厂生产现状分析,得出实施6S是该企业的需要。并针对该企业的特点,设计了6S管理实施方案,通过该方案的实施,企业的生产现场得到了改善。
Production site environment has an important impact on product quality, employee mood, productivity, production costs and so on, and 6S management is the effective site management methods for modern enterprises. Based on the analysis of the production statu of the crumb rubber factory, the necessity of the implementation of 6S in that factory is put forward in this paper. Then according to the characteristics of the factory, the implementation plan of 6S management is designed. The production site is improved through the implementation.
