浅谈高速公路交通安全设施的设计

安全设施是为了车辆行车安全而设置的一些设备和设施,主要有安全防护栏、防撞缓冲设置、隔离封闭设置及防眩设施。这些设施的设置目的是起到安全作用,为高速行驶的车辆提供必要的安全保障,防止行人、动物等进入高速公路内,造成不必要的事故;减少夜间形成对向车灯导致的眩光,尽量保证高速公路上车辆行驶的安全,同时一旦发生交通事故,可以保证危害最低。

Safety devices is set for vehicle driving safety, mainly including safety barrier, impact-proof buffer setup, isolated and enclosed setting, and anti-dazzle facilities. The goal of setting the facilities is safety and protection, and provide necessary safe protection for the high-speed vehicle, prevent the pedestrian, animal and so on into the highway inside, which causes unnecessary accident, reduce the formation of lights to lead to glare at night, try to ensure highway traffic safety, and once there is a traffic accident, guarantee minimum harm.
