摘要
工程总承包是一种新的工程项目管理模式,一个工程总承包项目最终的成功与否,与工程总承包主体的选择直接相关。文章探讨了以设计单位为工程总承包主体的优势与不足,并提出了基于此模式的相关对策。
As a new project management model, the success of general contract model is directly tied with main body choice. The advantages of the mode of general contract model With design as main body are discussed, and the model of project responsibilities management are proposed in the paper.
