重庆市主城区城中村改造研究

Research of the Reconstruction of Village in Chongqing City

本文针对重庆市主城城中村现状调研结果,分析了城中村的特点及形成原因,并通过对其改造方法、成效及不足的分析,针对性提出了相应的对策建议。通过本文的研究,力求为重庆市城中村改造的进一步顺利推动提供支持,并希望对其他城市存量土地的有效盘活和集约利用提供有益借鉴。

Contrary to the research results of village present condition in Chongqing city, this paper analysed the causes and characteristics of the villages, and through analysis its transformation methods, effeetiveness and shortage, and put forward the corresponding recommendations specifically. The paper aimed to support the further successful promotion of the reconstruction of village in Chongqing city, and wished to provide a useful reference for other cities effective and intensive land use.
