Analysis on Application of Business Intelligence System in Power Enterprise

本文在充分了解A发电企业商务智能系统项目实施需求的基础上,对A发电企业进行了八个主题域的商务智能系统开发,包括:管理驾驶舱、企业经营情况分析、财务管理分析、人力资源管理分析、发电生产管理分析、物资管理分析、安全监督管理分析和ERP实用化指标分析。通过上述模块研发实现了A发电企业的决策支持系统。

Based on a sufficient understanding of the demand of the project, this paper introduced the development of a business intelligence system for a power enterprise which includes eight analysis subject fields： management cockpit, business management analysis, financial management analysis, human resources management analysis, power production management analysis, material management analysis, safety supervision and administration analysis and ERP practical index analysis, and through this way, realize the decision support system for this power enterprise.
