摘要
建立科学合理的测评方法,对教师授课效果进行有效合理的评价,一直是各个学校教务部门所面临的重要问题之一。文章应用数据包络分析法对教师的教学效果进行了方法研究,将用于评价管理有效性的DEA二次相对效益值法引入到教学效果的评价中,通过实例论证消除了初始条件差异,建立了新的教学管理评价方法。
The score of students in certain classes was usually taken as an indicator for teachers" teaching achievement in traditional method of educational evaluation.But the score include not only the effect of teaching but also the initial condition of the clThis traditional evaluation method based on DEA was introduced for teaching achievement evaluation in this paper.Mixed both the achievemem of teachers and the initial conditions of students, so it may inevitable cause misleading.Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA)method provide a possibility for eliminate the initial differences of the classes.
