学业指导制度建设探析

摘要 学业指导工作的核心是从多角度、多层面挖掘各专业与社会需求的接洽点,从而制定相应的实施计划,提高教学质量。针对一、二年级的同学开展基础学业指导,重点进行学习规划,强化学习意识、提高学习主动性。对分院全体学生进行专业知识学习与应用指导,为后续深造和就业打下坚实的基础。让学生入学后就能了解所在专业的人才培养目标、培养计划,在校学习中知晓专业课程设置、专业方向、专业发展,毕业实习和就业实习期间掌握就业岗位、社会需求等信息。 The core of academic guidance refers to excavating the contact point of various specialty and social needs from the multiangle and multi-level, in order to develop appropriate implementation plans to improve the quality of teaching. Aiming at students of grade 1 and grade 2 to carry out the basic academic guidance, focus on the learning plan and strengthen the sense of learning, increase motivation to learn. Conducting professional knowledge learning and applied guidance to all students of the branches, so as to lay a solid foundation for subsequent education and employment. To allow students to understand their specialty's training objectives, training plans after entering school, and konow professional curriculum setting, professional orientation and professional development, graduation internship in learning and master informations such as iobs, social needs durin~ employment practice.
