心理护理在临床带教实习护生中的应用

Application of Mental Nursing in Clinical Teachers' Practical Nursing Students

临床实习是护理教育的重要转择阶段,如何做好这一阶段的临床带教,向社会输出优秀人才,是目前临床带教需要探讨的重要问题。本篇就护生在实习阶段心理变化的特点,通过多年的带教实践经验总结,得出护生通常经历以下心理变化时期:紧张恐惧期、失望消沉期、情绪稳定期,并分别就不同时期学生的心理特点阐述了在带教过程中应需注意的问题和带教技巧。

Clinical practice is the important changing phase during the study process of nursing students. It is the critical problem which we should explore how to teach well and then cultivate the excellent students for society. According the students＂ psychological character during clinical practice, we sum up the students＂ psychological changing phase： the phase of strain, disappointment and mind stabilization. We also expatiate the issue and teaching skills we should emphasize on during our teaching process according to the students＂ psychological trait.
