摘要
介绍了武陵山少数民族地区药材的地理标志产品保护、地理标志商标注册、农产品地理标志登记、非物质文化遗产保护,并分析地理标志知识产权与非物质文化遗产的保护发展对策,提出了8点针对性建议。
This article introduces the protect of geographical indications, trademark of geographical indications, register of produce geographical indications and Protection of intangible cultural heritage; and we also analyse the intellectual property rights of geographical indications and development countermeasure of protection on intangible cultural heritage, then put forward effective advices.
