白藜芦醇自微乳软胶囊的制备及粒度测定 被引量:3

摘要 目的:制备白藜芦醇自微乳软胶囊,建立粒径测定方法,控制产品质量。方法:通过测定白藜芦醇溶解度,以及成乳后的粒径、自乳化时间和色泽为指标,对油相、乳化剂、助乳化剂进行筛选,制备白藜芦醇自微乳软胶囊;通过稳定性、精密度试验建立自微乳化后乳滴直径测定方法。结果:油相、乳化剂、助乳化剂比例为1∶2∶2时可获得较好的自乳化效果,平均自微乳粒径为25 nm。结论:该方法准确,简便,重现性好,专属性强,可用于该产品的质量控制。 Objective: To prepare soft capsules resveratrol, particle size measurement methods and control quality of product. Methods The determination of resveratrol solubility, the particle size after into the milk, self-emulsifying time and color as an index, oil phase, emulsifier and filter emulsifier were screened to prepare soft capsules resveratrol;, create a cus- tom micro precision of drop diameter was established by stability and precision test. Results: The ratio(1:2:2) of oil phase, emulsifie and filter emulsifier can get better self-emulsifying effect; the average particle size from the micro emulsion 25 nm. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, reproducible and specific; and it is can be applied for the quality control of this medication.
