摘要
目的:对益视口服液的灭菌工艺进行研究,改善外观性状,减少有效成分损失,确定最佳灭菌工艺。方法:以外观性状、pH值和成品中的有效成分2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(C20H22O9)为指标,比较煮沸灭菌法和高温瞬时灭菌法。结果:采用高温瞬时灭菌法灭菌的成品pH值下降较少,外观性状较好,有效成分含量较高。结论:益视口服液的灭菌工艺采用高温瞬时灭菌法,可有效提高质量。
Objective: To study the sterilization process of Yishi Koufuye to improve the appearance characters and reduce the effective component loss of Yishi Oral Liquid. Method: Appearance characters, pH, effective components like 2, 3, 5, 4'- four hydroxy two styrene-2-0-beta-D-glucoside (C20I22O9) as the indicators, the boiling sterilization method and high-tempera- ture-instant-sterilization are compared. Result: The method of high-temperature-instant-sterilization has a better performance than that of boiling sterilization in pH falling less, keeping appearance characters preferably and more effective component contents. Conclusion: The quality of Yishi Oral Liquid can be improved effectively by high-temperature-instant-sterilization.
